(1) Implement relevant quality standards according to the company’s quality management requirements;
(2) Monitor product quality during the production process to ensure quality and continuously improve the product pass rate;
(3) Regularly summarize and analyze quality issues, trace the root causes of anomalies, and continuously improve product quality;
(4) Lead the preparation of flowcharts, control plans, test reports, etc., and review the conformity of technical and production documents to ensure timely project completion.

(1) Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant science or engineering major;
(2) Over 5 years of work experience in manufacturing enterprises;
(3) Proficiency in English is preferred.
